According to  recent reports, Nipah Virus is the ‘ New Kid On The Block’ phoney possible pandemic virus, claims that it could be the new virus and potentially deadly pathogen that the WHO have been calling Disease X, have been doing the rounds in MSM.

According to the CDC, Nipah is classified as

Category C- Definition

Third highest priority agents include emerging pathogens that could be engineered for mass dissemination in the future because of

  • availability;
  • ease of production and dissemination; and
  • potential for high morbidity and mortality rates and major health impact.

Agents

The film Contagion was based on this virus, predictive programming at its finest.

Written by  scriptwriter, Scott Z Burns Contagion is a 2011 U.S. medical thrillerdisaster film directed by Steven Soderbergh.

Soderbergh and screenwriter Scott Z. Burns had collaborated on The Informant! (2009). Following that film’s release, Burns brought up the idea of producing a medical thriller film depicting the rapid spread of a virus, which was inspired by various pandemics such as the 2003 SARS epidemic and the 2009 flu pandemic. To devise an accurate perception of a pandemic event, Burns consulted with representatives of the World Health Organization as well as noted medical experts such as W. Ian Lipkin and Lawrence “Larry” Brilliant. He also collaborated with Laurie Garret of the Council On Foreign Relations.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (the CDC) also had its credibility tarnished as investigations revealed that the agency misled the public regarding the number of actual cases of H1N1.

Contagion was produced with the active cooperation of the CDC, the WHO and other governmental organisations. Would the World Health Organisation and CDC participate in a movie simply to entertain people?

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (the CDC) also had its credibility tarnished as investigations revealed that the agency misled the public regarding the number of actual cases of H1N1.https://www.cdc.gov/flu/swineflu/h3n2v-case-count.htm

The movie was released on DVD at the same time the WHO got accused of exaggerating the death rate of the new H5N1 bird flu

FOIA documents that came out have shown the massive extent of military involvement in TV and film.

A vast swathe of documents revealing the extent of US government influence in Hollywood – including editing scripts, and blocking critical movies from ever being made – have been unearthed, indicating US officials have covertly helped produce at least 800 major movies and 1,000 television shows since 1910.

The film went on general release on September 9th 2011. The  main characters surname is Emhoff (which is an anagram of FF Home!)

Nerve cells rely on electricity, they and the genes they contain may also be affected by electromagnetic emissions.

Neurons, and therefore brains are electrochemical entities. They can be influenced both by many kinds of molecules and by electrochemical stimuli.

Physical influences include radioactivity, electromagnetic radiation (encompassing visual images, temperature changes, magnetic fields…) and quantum effects.

Until someone comes up with an empirically testable counter-claim, the assumption that all brain changing influences act, at base, by changing brain electrochemistry is likely to remain secure.

Possible future technologies may use electromagnetic radiation to affect, or even burn out, the neurons involved in implementing certain cogwebs or hitherto untapped techniques from the quantum world.

As we come to understand which genes control synaptic plasticity – a project already underway – we may be able to control which beliefs are held, and how strongly, which memories are kept and which forgotten, which actions conceived and which remain beyond imagining. Perhaps we may even work out how to trigger genes remotely, without unduly toxic side-effects and with greater accuracy in time and space. We may be able not only to generate a certain belief, but also then to ‘fix’ it so that no further modification occurs, creating the ultimate impervious dogmatic.

Our sense of freedom may be a basic emotional reaction, but its associations with particular abilities (to speak our minds, go where we please, and so on) are learned connections. The trick is to disable the brain’s alarm signal by breaking the connections (or preventing them form forming in the first place) so that reactance is no longer triggered when, for example, the right to free speech is infringed. Then there will be no emotional reaction, no fire to be damped down – or stamped out by force. At present, our methods are slow and imprecise: repeatedly playing down the value of the freedom in question, emphasising potential threats which make the freedom unsustainable, offering enjoyable distractions, and so on. In the future we may possess alternative methods giving us – or those who control us – the power to pinpoint an association’s neural source and tidily remove it from our minds.{Selected quotes from Brainwashing, by Kathleen Taylor, Oxford University Press 2004}

According to literature, it is possible to analyse human behaviour and EEG patterns using super computers, replicate them and store them on another computer and use them to change the emotional state of any human being.

Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds, Inc., says this about S-quad in a letter dated December 13, 1996:

“All schematics, however, have been classified by the Government and we are not allowed to reveal the exact detail …we make tapes and CDs for the German Government, even former Soviet Union countries! All with the permission of the State Department, of course… The system was used throughout Operation Desert Storm (Iraq) quite successfully.”

The graphic illustration, “Induced Alpha to Theta Biofeedback Cluster Movement”, which accompanies the literature, is labelled “#AB116-394-95 UNCLASSIFIED” and is an output from “the world’s most versatile and most sensitive electroencephalograph (EEG) machine”. It has a gain capability of 200,000, as compared to other EEG machine use which have gain capability of approximately 50,000. ] It is software-driven by the “fastest of computers” using a noise nulling technology similar to that used by nuclear submarines for detecting small objects underwater at extreme range.

The purpose of all this high technology is to plot and display a moving cluster of periodic brainwave signals. The illustration shows an EEG display from a single individual taken of left and right hemispheres simultaneously. The read-out from the two sides of the brain appear to be quite different, but in fact are the same (discounting normal left – right brain variations).

Cloning the Emotions

By using these computer-enhanced EEGs, scientists can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude emotion signature clusters, synthesise them and store them on another computer. In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave pattern and can now duplicate it. “These clusters are then placed on the Silent Sound carrier frequencies and will silently trigger the occurrence of the same basic emotion in another human being!”

System Delivery and Applications

There is a lot more involved here than a simple subliminal sound system. There are numerous patented technologies which can be piggybacked individually or collectively onto a carrier frequency to elicit all kinds of effects.

There appear to be two methods of delivery with the system. One is direct microwave induction into the brain of the subject, limited to short-range operations. The other, as described above, utilises ordinary radio and television carrier frequencies.

Far from necessarily being used as a weapon against a person, the system does have limitless positive applications. However, the fact that the sounds are subliminal makes them virtually undetectable and possibly dangerous to the general public.

In more conventional use, the Silent Sounds Subliminal System might utilise voice commands, e.g., as an adjunct to security systems. Beneath the musical broadcast that you hear in stores and shopping malls may be a hidden message which exhorts against shoplifting. And while voice commands alone are powerful, when the subliminal presentation system carries cloned emotional signatures, the result is overwhelming.

Free-market uses for this technology are the common self-help tapes; positive affirmation, relaxation and meditation tapes; as well as methods to increase learning capabilities.

In a medical context, these systems can be used to great advantage to treat psychiatric and psychosomatic problems. As a system for remediating the profoundly deaf, it is unequalled. (Promises, promises. This is the most common positive use touted for this technology over the past 30 years. But the deaf are still deaf, and the military now has a weapon to use on unsuspecting people with perfectly normal hearing.)

Thought transmission unit sends modulated electromagnetic wave beams to human receiver to influence thoughts and actions without electronic receiver.

Abstract
A thought transmission unit sends modulated electromagnetic wave beams over long distances to a human receiver to influence the thoughts, actions or perceptions of the organism with or without their consent but without them requiring an electronic receiver.

Could the electrical signals coming from a phone affect certain brainwaves operating in resonance with cell phone transmission frequencies? After all, the caller’s cerebral cortex is just centimeters away from radiation broadcast from the phone’s antenna. Two studies provide some revealing news.

The first, led by Rodney Croft, of the Brain Science Institute, Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, tested whether cell phone transmissions could alter a person’s brainwaves. The researchers monitored the brainwaves of 120 healthy men and women while a Nokia 6110 cell phone—one of the most popular cell phones in the world—was strapped to their head. A computer controlled the phone’s transmissions in a double-blind experimental design, which meant that neither the test subject nor researchers knew whether the cell phone was transmitting or idle while EEG data were collected. The data showed that when the cell phone was transmitting, the power of a characteristic brain-wave pattern called alpha waves in the person’s brain was boosted significantly. The increased alpha wave activity was greatest in brain tissue directly beneath to the cell phone, strengthening the case that the phone was responsible for the observed effect.

Alpha Waves of Brain
Alpha waves fluctuate at a rate of eight to 12 cycles per second (Hertz). These brainwaves reflect a person’s state of arousal and attention. Alpha waves are generally regarded as an indicator of reduced mental effort, “cortical idling” or mind wandering. But this conventional view is perhaps an oversimplification. Croft, for example, argues that the alpha wave is really regulating the shift of attention between external and internal inputs. Alpha waves increase in power when a person shifts his or her consciousness of the external world to internal thoughts; they also are the key brainwave signatures of sleep.

Cell Phone Insomnia
If cell phone signals boost a person’s alpha waves, does this nudge them subliminally into an altered state of consciousness or have any effect at all on the workings of their mind that can be observed in a person’s behaviour? In the second study, James Horne and colleagues at the Loughborough University Sleep Research Centre in England devised an experiment to test this question. The result was surprising. Not only could the cell phone signals alter a person’s behaviour during the call, the effects of the disrupted brain-wave patterns continued long after the phone was switched off.

“This was a completely unexpected finding,” Horne told me. “We didn’t suspect any effect on EEG [after switching off the phone]. We were interested in studying the effect of mobile phone signals on sleep itself.” But it quickly became obvious to Horne and colleagues in preparing for the sleep-research experiments that some of the test subjects had difficulty falling asleep.

Horne and his colleagues controlled a Nokia 6310e cell phone—another popular and basic phone—attached to the head of 10 healthy but sleep-deprived men in their sleep research lab. (Their sleep had been restricted to six hours the previous night.) The researchers then monitored the men’s brainwaves by EEG while the phone was switched on and off by remote computer, and also switched between “standby,” “listen” and “talk” modes of operation for 30 minute intervals on different nights. The experiment revealed that after the phone was switched to “talk” mode a different brain-wave pattern, called delta waves (in the range of one to four Hertz), remained dampened for nearly one hour after the phone was shut off. These brainwaves are the most reliable and sensitive marker of stage two sleep—approximately 50 percent of total sleep consists of this stage—and the subjects remained awake twice as long after the phone transmitting in talk mode was shut off. Although the test subjects had been sleep-deprived the night before, they could not fall asleep for nearly one hour after the phone had been operating without their knowledge.

This research shows that cell phone transmissions can affect a person’s brainwaves with persistent effects on behaviour.

“The significance of the research,” he explained, is that although the cell phone power is low, “electromagnetic radiation can nevertheless have an effect on mental behaviour when transmitting at the proper frequency.” He finds this fact especially remarkable when considering that everyone is surrounded by electromagnetic clutter radiating from all kinds of electronic devices in our modern world. Cell phones in talk mode seem to be particularly well-tuned to frequencies that affect brainwave activity. “The results show sensitivity to low-level radiation to a subtle degree. These findings open the door by a crack for more research to follow.

It stands to reason that with different doses, devices such as Internet of Things and saturation of EMF via 5G that mind control is attainable.

Governments and Telecommunications companies around the world are happily promoting 5G technology as a  faster and better connectivity for future use.

What they fail to mention is that it will also lead to taxes on data use and rationing.

According to academics and researchers, information and communication technology could use 20% of all the worlds electricity by 2025. Data centres alone would require the electrical equivalent of 8 large nuclear powers stations.

One data centre planned for Co Galway in Ireland by Apple will use 8% of the national capacity, and 144 large diesel generators as back ups, more than the daily usage of the entire Dublin population.

Data centres will consume 20% of Irelands capacity by 2025  according to the main grid, Eirgrid.

According to a study by professor Bitterlin, data centres in Japan will consume its entire electricity supply by 2030 if trends continue.

Experts believe that data centres will treble the amount of energy used in just ten years

Reports from Berkeley University for the US govt state that a single large data centre such as those supporting Amazon, Facebook or Google  can consume as much power as a small city in the 60-70MW range.

Data centres world wide currently consume the equivalent of 30 Nuclear power plants.

The report also states that to avoid an energy crisis, next generation data centres must offer high performance without an energy consumption increase which means that the reports of higher energy uses for the Internet of Things and the billions of internet connects planned are going to create that energy crisis.

Just as in Jevon,s paradox, the easier you make it to consume a product, the greater the consumption.

With the Internet of Things devices, people will have all energy usage monitored, an energy crisis will mean rationed use and taxation.

Individuals or even whole neighbourhoods could become cut off if energy consumption has reached its quota.

Why are we advancing the shortage of energy with 5G technology whilst claiming that it will mean faster speeds and better connectivity, at the same time knowing full well that the increase in data centres will create energy rationing?

The fallacy of  5G is transparent, they intend to create an energy shortage which allows the Internet of Things appliances to monitor our usage in order to create rationed usage of electricity and Internet use in the future.

Another report by the Knowledge Transfer  Network states that data centre equipment in London is generic and that better data centre facilities at other trading centres will mean high speed trading could move off shore putting the £21 Billion the UK gets in tax receipts from the financial sector at risk. There are £2.2 trillion of foreign assets under management in the UK which have no physical link to the UK.https://admin.ktn-uk.co.uk/app/uploads/2016/12/KTN_A4_Big-Data_v9.pdf

If other Global trading centres develop improved data centre hardware, financial trade could move outside of the UK.

Data centres are expected to treble over the next ten years. Data centres in cold climates reduce the energy needed so places like Sweden will be in great demand.

It is important that we educate people who believe that 5G will bring in better connectivity and speeds to the fact that it will also lead to a rationed service and even a financial crash as trade is conducted in colder climates.

Mark Steele is the Chief Technology Officer at a company called Reevu, he is a weapons sights system and signal processing systems expert.

When I first began campaigning against 5G, I was interviewed by Richie Allen. I had seen Marks videos and asked Richie to interview him, I told Mark that I had done so.

Mark went on to have many more interviews but for some reason wanted nothing to do with the 5G campaign, he was only interested in getting people to join his political party, SUN.

Never the less I had already changed the 5G leaflets to include his political party, expecting his approval meant that he would help the campaign too, even if it just meant mentioning it on FB let alone in interviews.

He never did.

I contacted a EMF research group to ask about Gateshead and the 5G connection.

I was informed that they had offered to go to Gateshead after talking to Mark, that they had offered to test the lamp posts and the people who had been affected, all free of charge.

This was offered several times and was refused by Mark.

They informed him that the equipment that he was using was not sufficient.

Some people offered to help Mark with his campaign against 5G and he declined.

Others mentioned that it would be a good idea to keep a log and test intermittently, he declined.

I then put the research group into contact with a  a local from Gateshead, this woman had also supported Mark and even got him several interviews and they were able to pinpoint the  same areas that Mark tested. There was no 5G coming from the lamp posts.

This leads me to the conclusion that Mark and his brother, Graham,  who has been on my FB friend list under a false name of Ben Travis for some time, are not to be trusted.

Others are entitled to draw their own conclusions.

Phone Zombies Swarm UK Cities In Scenes Reminiscent Of Flying Ant Day

I kept seeing the same social media posts all week. They went like this; “Only three more sleeps til I get new phone.” “New phone on Friday whoop whoop!” Did you notice them too? They were everywhere. My personal favourite was a Facebook post from a Waterford girl (I’d reproduce it but I’d probably get sued) that went “Jesus girl if Friday doesn’t come quick I’ll wet myself lol!!” I hope she’s not a listener! OK, if you haven’t guessed already, there is a new smart phone out today. It’s the Samsung S9 and the Samsung S9+. The phone is being delivered to the homes of hundreds of thousands of UK customers via special delivery today, with up to a million more people expected to shell out in excess of £800 to buy theirs online or on the high street over the weekend. It’s quite something to witness the frenzy generated by these mobile phone release days. Tech journalists review the devices on YouTube videos that get hundreds of millions of views. Read that line again. If you’re driving in town today, be careful. I’m not kidding. Zombies will be unpacking the bastard things, firing them up and walking around while marvelling at the new features.

Mobile phones have replaced television as the methadone metronome, not quite pumping out 150 channels 24 hours a day as Michael Franti memorably sang in 1992, but controlling the user in ways that early telly pioneers could only have dreamed of. No invention has had a more negative impact on humanity than the smart phone. I’ve written previously that 66% of the population has some form of Nomophobia. Nomophobia being the fear of not being able to use your cell phone or other smart device. Last year, researchers at Korea University in Seoul published a very important paper which claimed that smart phone usage impedes brain function. Peer reviewed studies show that 80% of the worlds population has a smart phone within arms reach all of the time. There are endless academic papers (just google key words like cell phones brain activity) that show how smart phones are having a profoundly negative effect on our ability to concentrate, to think, to study, to work and most importantly to interact with one another face to face. Studies on children who possess smart devices (most do) reveal that the kiddies pick up their phones to check them several hundred times a day. Parents haven’t a clue. The media is absent while children are being biologically re-engineered.

Today’s new Samsung S9 comes equipped with retina scanner, fingerprint scanner (standard sadly) and a brand new feature, a blood pressure monitor. I kid you not. Business Wire ran a story on this development yesterday afternoon;

Researchers from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and Sage Bionetworks announce the launch of “My BP Lab” a research study that uses surveys and sensor data collected from participants’ phones to quantify and understand their daily stress. The study leverages an optical sensor embedded in the newly-released Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ smartphone to derive estimates of heart rate and blood pressure. With My BP Lab, participants can track variation in their blood pressure relative to daily experiences over the course of the three week study.

“This study potentially will provide the largest dataset ever obtained on stress levels, health behaviors, and physiological responses during the course of one’s daily life,” said Wendy Berry Mendes, UCSF Professor and Principal Investigator of the My BP Lab study. “By collecting subjective experiences, behaviors like sleep and exercise, and blood pressure levels across a three week period, we can identify the most important triggers of stress physiology.”

Nothing sinister about that then eh? Using the pretence of looking out for your health, they’ll actually be gathering data to help them tighten their grip on you and your grip on your device. So what are we going to do about it? I don’t know. It seems that these devices are more addictive than smack and as you know a smackhead will murder his granny to get to a fix. Don’t forget the 5G rollout either. See Annie Logical Uncensored website www.vigiliae.org/  Barrie Trower and Max Igan on Youtube for more info on the horror of 5G. Share this info with your friends, especially those with children. It can’t be too late. Like I said, google the key words, the studies are there to help you assure them that you are not some tinfoil hat wearing nutter.

Richie is the host of The Richie Allen Show and has enjoyed a long, and varied, broadcasting career.

You can fool most of the people most of the time. With “5G”, you can fool almost everyone except those in on the joke.

Why should you care? This is just the latest in a long list of scandals by AT&T and Verizon to use the promise of a new technology to get rid of regulations, kill off competition and to raise rates. And this scheme relies on the FCC, not to mention their friendly state and federal politicians, to push it through.

The FCC is very gung-ho about 5G and is backing this plan, but after recently getting rid of Net Neutrality and dumping your basic privacy protections, the FCC’s endorsement of 5G should trigger your distrust — to put it mildly.

C/Net’s headline features current Chairman of the FCC, Ajit Pai (and former Verizon attorney), March 6th, 2018:

Ajit Pai tweets praise for House passage of 5G support bill

“The Ray Baum Act reauthorizes the FCC and encourages deployment of next-generation wireless services in the US.”

Meanwhile, Fierce Wireless quotes Commissioner Brendan Carr, (former lawyer for CTIA, the wireless association, and Verizon):

“A key obstacle [to 5G] is our country’s outdated infrastructure regulations, which were written for previous generations of wireless technology,”… He has proposed a plan to streamline the federal historic and environmental review procedures that apply to wireless infrastructure deployments in hopes of reducing regulatory financial burdens on wireless providers deploying 5G.”

This has been going on for years, but has intensified with the FCC’s attacks on the public interest.

You might first want to read: “Verizon Wireless’s 5G Deployment is a 1 Gig Fairy Tale”. Written in January 2016, it details how 4G has also been a stream of hype.

In fact, America is not even close to Number 1. OpenSignal’s new report, “The State of LTE”, published February 2018, details that America is 62nd in the world in 4G speeds.

And if you think this 5G plan is going to fix this, the history of fiber optic broadband in America should have every person calling for investigations of these ‘new networks’.

Let me be clear: 5G wireless technology is going to be part of the future, sooner or later. But this plan is much more about the subplot.

Here’s part of the subplot that most are missing.

  • 5G Wireless requires a fiber optic wire to be attached to the small cell site every block or two. No company is going to roll out fiber to lots of new areas.
  • 5G doesn’t really exist yet and history shows that almost all “trials” are rigged to be ‘successful’ or you never hear about them. (See the 5G Gig Fairy Tale.)
  • And, as Gizmodo pointed out about AT&T’s fake 5G announcements, 5G is just a marketing term. So there is now, “5G-really-really”, “4G evolution LTE-soon-to-be-5G” — blah, blah, blah — and anything else you can make up.
  • CC rarely, if ever, mentions that “5G” requires a fiber optic wire. Commissioner Carr’s 5G statement never mentions the words “fiber” or ‘state utility’.
  • Meanwhile, there are proposed state-based “5G” bills that have been promulgated by AT&T-Verizon funded politicians based on “model legislation” that AT&T and Verizon created with a group called ALEC, the American Legislative Exchange Council, and others.
  • Cross-Subsidy Heaven: Right now, AT&T and Verizon get to dump a large part of the costs of their wireless build outs into the state-based wireline utilities and charged to local customers.

In short, this is a regulatory play to a) remove all regulations b) allow the companies to take over the state utility wired networks, c) i.e.; have customer-funded networks handed over for private use for whatever they want and d) the FCC’s proposed rules will block any city or state actions.

Fact: 5G Requires a Lot of Fiber to be Deployed.

Government Technology’s headline details the flaw in the 5G deployment, quoting a study by Deloitte. (Ironically, this is the same consulting firm that did the original 1990’s state-based fiber optic plans, including Opportunity New Jersey.)
